Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/4 cup frozen strawberries ​

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 small banana (frozen if desired)

3/4 cup unsweetened almond, cashew milk or coconut milk

1 tbsp almond, cashew or peanut butter
-
1/2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
-
Ice as needed

Directions:
Combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, milk, nut butter, hemp seeds and a small handful of ice in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more milk and/or ice if needed, for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
